About Rincon's VICTIMS...FTC Is FIXING IT For You! Others Pending?

As of March 30, 2017, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) is mailing 5,232 checks totaling more than $2.7 million to people who lost money to Rincon Debt Management, a debt collection scheme that focused on people who were strapped for cash. The company’s owners are banned from the debt collection business. TTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT People who lost money are recovering the full amount of fraudulent fees the defendants added to their debt, an average of $525. Recipients should deposit or cash checks within 60 days because the checks will not be honored after that. BEWARE: the FTC never requires people to pay money or provide account information to cash refund checks. TTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT People who have questions about the Rincon Debt Management case can contact the refund administrator, Analytics, at 844-330-6742. 1. HMM...TWITTER like Fbook has security flaws but since they require that you change PW every time there is no way you can change your security settings...so just PRAY they don't egregiously abuse us too much with all their changes. It's bad enough they try to get all post office people to fudge factor the date back on late ballots to Nov 3 and since they usually do not date cancel ANYTHING just cross it out with a black marker to cancel the postage...they THINK since PO workers are crooks...which they are NOT...that they will just back-date but the cat is out of the bag FOREVER so that email is private since snail mail can and does get read, steamed open, etc but MOST of them just do their job and deliver the mail as best they can and don't pile it in their backyard for later dumping or burning...
